  • Lost An Item?

  • What Time Is Check-in?

    Check-in begins after 4 pm.

  • What Time Is Check-out?

    Check-out time is at noon.

  • Can I Check-out Late?

    We try to accommodate late check-out requests when we can. Late check-out availability depends on the number of check-ins we have scheduled for that day. To request a late check out, call or stop by the front desk the evening before your departure or early in the morning on the date you are scheduled to depart. Please don’t wait till noon on the day of your departure as we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.

  • How Can I Cancel my Reservation and What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

    For bookings made directly with us through our phone line or website, please contact the Front Office at (504) 527-5271. If you made your reservation through a travel company, you must call the company direct in order to cancel the reservation. The hotel cannot change or cancel your reservation.

    Cancellation Policy:
    To avoid being charged for your cancellation, you need to cancel your reservation by 4 pm, local time, up to 3 days prior to your arrival. Failure to do so will result in a charge for one night's room plus tax. Please refer to each rate’s booking policies upon the reservation checkout screen. We offer a variety of cancellation policies dependent on the rate offers booked.

    Early Departure Fee:
    If guests want to leave earlier than their scheduled check-out day, the hotel needs at least a 24-hour notice before the day they wish to depart. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in paying in full for that evening, including taxes.

  • What Amenities Do You Offer?

    Your daily guest amenities fee of $15 nightly plus tax includes several signature amenities including Well + Fit kits, complimentary bikes to explore the city, access to complimentary tours, and more. Visit our Amenities page to learn more.

  • Do you provide daily housekeeping service?

    We offer cleaning service 24-hour upon request. Please visit the front desk for more information

  • Do You Have A Hotel Bar And Restaurant?

    Yes, award-winning restaurant, Compère Lapin, showcases indigenous ingredients of the Gulf, while Tout La serves up expertly crafted coffee, pastries and a full breakfast menu.

  • Is There Parking?

    Yes. We offer self-parking for our guests ($35+ tax per car, per night). The parking lot is across the street from the hotel.

  • Where Can I Work Out?

    Our workout room is located on ground level of the main building and features two treadmills, an elliptical machine, and free weights. It’s open 24 hours a day. We also have our Well+Fit program for those looking for more than just a hotel fitness center.

    Stop by the front desk. Our team will be happy to help you print your boarding passes.

  • Is There Any Way To Do Laundry?

    We don’t have self-service laundry facilities, but we do offer same-day dry cleaning and laundry service during the weekdays. If you drop your laundry at the front desk by 9 AM, you’ll get it back the same day.

  • How Can I Make Calls?
    • To call a number outside of the hotel dial 9 first and then the number you are trying to reach.
    • To call another guest room in the hotel dial 7 first then the room number
    • Local and toll-free calls are free for our guests. Long-distance fees vary.
  • There Is So Much To Do In New Orleans. Where Should I Start?

    Our team at the desk is more than happy to provide recommendations. These are a few of our favorites:

    We are located at 535 Tchoupitoulas in the Warehouse District.

  • How Far Are You From The French Quarter?

    We Are Within A 5-10 Minute Walk Of The French Quarter And All The Local Action.

  • What Types Of Public Transportation Are Available?

    The immediate area has several options to choose from. Taxis and Ubers are readily available. Street car lines are located just a few blocks from the hotel. Fares are $1.25 per person for a one-way trip. Day passes cost $3 per person.

    Airport shuttle transportation can be arranged to and from the Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery through our online airport transportation portal. Fares are $24/person one-way and $44/person round trip. Payments are due at the time of booking and must be made 24 hours prior to your flight’s arrival time.

  • Are Pets Welcome?

    New Orleans pet-friendly Old No. 77 Hotel welcomes all VIP’s (Very Important Pets) to the center stage with a lineup of crowd-pleasing pet offerings that are sure to get tails wagging. A $55 pet fee applies.

    Wi-Fi is always free at the Old No. 77 Hotel. Tout La serves coffee and breakfast in the mornings, and Compère Lapin serves some of New Orleans’ most exciting cuisine and cocktails.
